Estate agency firm Nicol & Co is holding a seminar with a team of experts to guide landlords through the upcoming Renters’ Rights Bill Autumn Budget.
The seminar will be held at Sixways Stadium on Thursday 9 October and will feature a panel of guest speakers from firms across Worcestershire.

Nicol will lead off the event, starting at 6pm, with an update on the current lettings market and future trends.
James Gwynne, lettings manager at Nicol & Co., will cover the latest legislation, including changes linked to Renters’ Rights Bill and the Chancellor’s upcoming Budget on 26 November.
Neil Seager, associate partner at Ormerod Rutter Chartered Accountants, will be sharing tax advice and tips tailored specifically for landlords.
Martyn Davies and Vanessa Tuzzio from Mindful Financial Planning will also be on hand to answer questions relating to buy-to-let mortgages and investment strategies.
Rob McKechnie, managing director of SJL Insurance Services in Worcester, will provide expert guidance on landlord insurance and risk management.
